4. Purchase and Acquisition
BikeBikroy is the site that serves as a marketplace between motorcycle buyers and sellers with
accessories and parts. Our job is to give the users an opportunity to list and buy goods, and we
do not have anything directly to do with transactions. The sellers take the responsibility of
quality, authenticity and legality of the products. The buyers are urged to take time to inspect
the products.
In posting them to be sold, sellers are bound to give a true description of the products that
include their state of quality, prices, and other details. BikeBikroy does not take any
accountability in case of conflict between buyers and sellers. We also suggest that when an
individual is ready to make any transaction, they should communicate clearly with the other
party and negotiate some terms of sale.
5. Payments
BikeBikroy allows safe transfer of money to third party payment providers. We will however not be processing any payments and we will not be involved or be held responsible in any way with regards to payments. Payments, between buyers and sellers, are supposed to work as an issue between the buyer and seller. It has been recommended that the two parties should secure the deal.
6. Prohibited Activities
By using BikeBikroy by using the same, you have consented not to do the following:
- Uploading of illegal/ dangerous/ defamatory / abusive/ insulting information.
- Trading on the market to perform fraudulent or deceptive actions.
- Trying to reverse-engineer the platform, decompile it, or tamper with platform code or features.
- Performing any action that threatens to interrupt or interfere with the existence of the web site or its services.
- We have the right to reserve and deactivate your account in case of any prohibited activity.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

This Terms and Conditions are subject to Bangladesh laws. Any controversies involving or resulting by or based on such terms shall be concluded by binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings shall be an exclusive domain of the courts in Dhaka.
12. Indemnification
You accept to indemnify and hold harmless BikeBikroy its employees, agents, affiliates or partners against claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) having occurred because you used the platform or breached these Terms and Conditions.
